Anyone AI is a Latin America–focused career accelerator and training academy that develops software engineers into AI and machine learning professionals through intensive, remote, mentor-led programs. It combines technical coursework (e. g. , Machine Learning Developer track), professional preparation (resume/LinkedIn optimization, interview coaching, English practice), and a placement-oriented model (income-share payments and access to employer partnerships) to help graduates secure higher-paying AI roles globally. Anyone AI also operates a talent marketplace connecting its community to companies seeking AI talent.

📋 Description

• Own the fellowship syllabus, including learning objectives, curriculum sequencing, and module integration • Oversee the design of slides, exercises, projects, and supporting learning materials • Keep the curriculum aligned with AI industry practices, technological developments, and hiring demand • Set and maintain quality standards across learning materials and program experiences • Review learner outcomes and delivery feedback and continuously improve the curriculum • Source instructors from Anyone AI’s network • Interview and evaluate instructor candidates • Brief and calibrate instructors to ensure classroom delivery meets curriculum standards • Act as the internal reference for high-quality AI education • Partner with program operations to ensure logistics and delivery decisions support the learning experience

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in a technical field such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related STEM discipline, or equivalent deep technical expertise in AI • Proven hands-on experience working with AI/ML, preferably in industry • Experience designing or owning technical curricula for AI/ML fellowships, intensive programs, universities, corporate academies, or equivalent environments • Teaching experience in university courses, fellowships, bootcamps, corporate academies, or similar settings, including lecturing, facilitating, or leading technical cohorts • Hands-on AI/ML experience in industry or applied research • Experience interviewing or evaluating technical instructors, experts, or educators and maintaining a high standard for delivery • Strong teaching and content-development skills, including the ability to create clear slides, rigorous exercises, and substantive technical projects • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with fast iteration and a high degree of ambiguity • Fluent in Spanish and English
