📋 Description

• Operate and maintain Azure production environments for high availability, performance, and stability • Collaborate with the CloudOps team to improve platform stability using practical SRE principles • Reduce manual toil through improved documentation and define proactive alerting thresholds for voice health • Act as an L4 escalation point for complex incidents across compute, networking, storage, identity, and AKS • Review, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot Terraform-managed infrastructure • Operate and troubleshoot AKS clusters and workloads, including health, scaling, networking, ingress, and performance • Participate in the Cloud Operations on-call rotation for critical production incidents • Maintain technical operational procedures and runbooks for voice-related troubleshooting • Support and maintain the organization’s information security standards • Protect company, customer, and partner data and report security incidents, breaches, or vulnerabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, or SRE-type roles • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including VMs, networking, identity, storage, and monitoring • Proven experience working with Terraform in production environments • Methodical systems troubleshooting across application, network, and provider-level issues • Strong operational experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) • Experience building automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash • Experience optimizing Azure environments for reliability and cost efficiency • Experience using Azure Monitor to track performance trends • Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, accountability, adaptability, and customer-centricity • Ability to work hours aligned to US Eastern Time (ET) • Must comply with information security policies and complete required training • Must undergo a background check
