📋 Description

• Create high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior renderings for client presentations • Develop realistic visuals representing materials, lighting, textures, furnishings, and finishes • Produce multiple design perspectives and variations as required by the design team • Revise renderings based on feedback and updated design direction • Stay updated with modern rendering technologies, AI tools, and industry trends • Produce accurate CAD drawings based on designer markups and instructions • Create floor plans, space planning layouts, and furniture arrangements • Develop cabinetry, millwork, kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, and specialty detail drawings • Prepare reflected ceiling plans, tile layouts, and construction details • Translate design concepts into clear visual and technical documentation • Update drawings and renderings as project details evolve • Maintain organized and structured project files and drawing sets • Work closely with interior designers to understand project vision and goals • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback effectively • Meet deadlines for client presentations and project milestones • Support visual content needs for presentations and marketing when required

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience in 3ds Max • Strong portfolio of photorealistic interior/exterior renderings • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software • Strong understanding of scale, proportion, materials, lighting, and construction details • Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Strong communication and collaboration skills
