📋 Description

• Edit high-quality short-form videos, including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts, using viral-style editing such as fast-paced cuts, hooks, captions, transitions, and sound effects • Edit long-form podcast content into engaging full episodes and short highlight clips • Create visually appealing edits that increase retention, engagement, and shareability • Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas and improve content performance • Turn content into high-performing assets focused on attention, retention, and virality

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in editing viral short-form content (portfolio required) • Strong understanding of current Instagram and TikTok trends, formats, and audience behavior • Ability to edit podcasts professionally, including audio cleanup, multi-camera sync, and storytelling flow • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools • Strong skills in 2D animation and motion graphics, especially for reel-style content • Ability to create engaging captions, subtitles, and on-screen graphics • Up-to-date knowledge of editing trends, transitions, and viral formats • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently • Understanding of content strategy and audience retention • Experience working with content creators, brands, or agencies • Basic knowledge of storytelling and marketing psychology
