📋 Description

• Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with a strong focus on viral-style editing (fast-paced cuts, hooks, captions, transitions, sound effects, etc.) • Edit long-form podcast content into engaging full episodes and short highlight clips • Create visually appealing edits that increase retention, engagement, and shareability • Collaborate with the team to bring creative ideas and improve content performance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in editing viral short-form content (portfolio required) • Strong understanding of current Instagram and TikTok trends, formats, and audience behavior • Ability to edit podcasts professionally (audio cleanup, multi-camera sync, storytelling flow) • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar • Strong skills in 2D animation and motion graphics (especially for reel-style content) • Ability to create engaging captions, subtitles, and on-screen graphics.
