📋 Description

• Provide negotiated costs to help A&O IT Group maintain a competitive advantage • Work within the Solutions Department as the interface between Sales and Operations • Represent the brand and work with prospects, customers, and partners • Manage service aspects of solution activities through successful deployment • Proactively manage complex and major bids • Drive and develop the formal bid communication process • Coordinate virtual bid teams to support winning sales opportunities • Support multiple stakeholders with quick responses and timely follow-up • Offer creative, value-added solutions to secure the best supplier deals and improve margins on statements of work • Provide technical product details and act as an industry subject matter expert in high-pressure sales situations • Collaborate with Solution team members to provide a one-stop-shop Total Solutions offering • Develop supplier selection and management strategies • Drive continuous improvement in supplier relationships and operational synergies • Manage solutions across multiple countries and partners

🎯 Requirements

• A relevant degree or MCIPS qualification • Experience influencing and negotiating • Experience delivering solutions in a matrix-managed team • Proven experience in the IT Field Service industry, specifically hardware remedial services • Understanding of bid management, customer account management, operational management, service management, supplier management, transition management, and project management • Experience working in complex, multicultural, and matrix-managed organizations • Strong supplier management and relationship-building skills • Results-driven approach and ability to work under pressure • Strategic and visionary thinking • Ability to drive execution and continuous improvement in supplier relationships • Strong influencing and negotiating skills • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to delegate tasks, responsibilities, and authorities effectively • Highly effective written and oral communication skills • Ability to tailor communication to audience requirements • Experience with IT outsourcing, desktop and hardware deployment, service transition, global audits, logistics, procurement, and stock management • Hands-on management of multiple solutions simultaneously • International experience delivering projects across multiple countries through multiple partners • Consultative approach and strong relationship-building skills • Strategic thinking and good analytical ability • Proven ability to manage customer, supplier, and partner relationships • Effective stakeholder management • Understanding of external markets and implications for the product set • Ability to influence business processes without hierarchical authority • Experience working in a complex matrix environment • Understanding of the technology underpinning the product set • Broad understanding of technologies, market trends, and developments • Successful completion of post-offer background verification in accordance with local country legislation
