📋 Description

• Map and distribute tasks across the team based on ServiceNow best practices • Build solutions using modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others • Plan and architect Sprints based on user stories using the Scrum methodology • Monitor and support the team during implementation on the ServiceNow platform • Develop and automate business processes and services on the ServiceNow platform • Develop APIs using RESTful concepts to integrate with other services • Work on projects using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Support the resolution of technical issues and the continuous improvement of delivered solutions • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across functional, business, and architecture areas

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Consultant specializing in ServiceNow • Hands-on experience with and certifications in the ServiceNow solutions platform • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and other modules • Experience working with agile methodologies • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across different organizational levels • Leadership skills • Advanced English (preferred for international projects) • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, and/or CIS) • Advanced Spanish (a plus) • Fluent English (a plus) • Postgraduate degree / MBA (a plus) • Strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to deliveries • Ongoing interest in learning and professional development • Adaptability to dynamic and growing environments
