🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate, or related field • Must have 5+ years experience within the Solar field • Must have full understanding of pricing, project scope, and the front-end process • Understands the EPC and owner/operator module from start to finish • Knowledge of zoning, planning, and regulatory regulations • Land Acquisition Experience • Demonstrated expertise in safety compliance, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for solar installation projects • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders • Expertise in project planning and budget administration
