📋 Description

• Support the Recruitment and Selection team in organizing, monitoring, and managing the selection process from start to finish. • Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes through the Gupy platform. • Contact successful candidates to provide onboarding guidance. • Ensure smooth, transparent, and human-centered communication throughout the selection process. • Support initiatives to attract talent and strengthen the employer brand. • Identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel to inform management decisions and drive continuous improvement. • Keep dashboards and reports up to date in Google Sheets. • Optimize workflows and data management using Pipefy.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Economics, Education, or a related field. • Prior knowledge of Recruitment and Selection processes and operational workflows. • Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and analysis. • Practical knowledge of behavioral assessment tools (e.g., DISC and others) is a plus. • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. • Team-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Clear and empathetic communication. • Analytical skills. • Proactive mindset and strong sense of responsibility. • Strong time-management skills. • Eagerness to learn. • Personal computer required, as equipment will not be provided by the company.
