📋 Description

• Post job openings across different channels • Screen and analyze resumes • Proactively source candidates (hunting) • Contact candidates and schedule interviews • Assist with conducting interviews • Update spreadsheets and recruitment systems • Track candidates throughout the stages of the hiring process • Provide support with other Recruitment and Selection activities

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organized and proactive • Comfortable working with digital tools • Interested in developing a career in Recruitment and Selection • Must have a personal laptop or computer and a stable internet connection
