📋 Description

• Talk directly to customers and translate insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities • Define and own features across the platform — from web dashboards to terminal interfaces to AI-driven automation • Write clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering • Work closely with engineering and design to ensure solutions are usable, reliable, and scalable • Balance speed-to-market with enterprise-grade requirements (security, reliability, compliance) • Help shape product strategy in partnership with leadership, bringing a user-centric lens to technical decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or technical program management • Strong technical background; able to engage deeply with engineers on APIs, data flows, and system design • Proven ability to run customer discovery — talking to users, surfacing pain points, and translating them into actionable priorities • Experience with developer tools, enterprise SaaS, or infrastructure products • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced, zero-to-one environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
