• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in handling Bank Reconciliation and Account Payables. • Familiarity with property management software such as Appfolio, Buildium, Propertyware, Rent Manager, or Rentvine will be considered an advantage. • Proficient in utilizing various digital tools and technology. • Enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge in property management, with no prior experience required. • Exemplary attention to detail, adept at comprehending software processes, and committed to efficient task completion. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), with a proactive and responsive approach to interactions with clients and team members. • Possession of a functioning laptop/desktop with a minimum of 4-16GB RAM. • Reliable and high-speed internet connection, with a minimum speed of 15-20 Mbps.
