📋 Description

• Maintain and update recurring reports, trackers, and dashboards on agreed schedules. • Prepare charts, tables, and executive-ready summaries in support of senior analysts and team leadership. • Ensure all reporting outputs meet Apollo's standards for accuracy, formatting, and clarity before publication. • Support daily and weekly reporting requirements for Apollo Global project teams and internal leadership. • Maintain version control and distribution records for all published reports and dashboards. • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources including the PMO, Document Management team, Finance inputs, and regional project trackers. • Perform routine quality checks and reconcile anomalies before reports are published. • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or quality issues and raise them proactively before they affect outputs. • Document metric definitions, data sources, calculation logic, and report structures to ensure repeatability and continuity. • Support the development and maintenance of data dictionaries and reporting standards. • Support ad-hoc analysis requests including turnaround time analysis, regional performance reviews, and backlog visibility. • Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies within document management and project data. • Contribute to performance measurement reporting for the Document Management function. • Support process improvement initiatives by providing data and analysis to inform decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrable experience. • 0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, operations support, or a similar role. • Strong attention to detail and a disciplined commitment to accuracy and completeness. • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data in an executive-friendly format. • High personal accountability — raises issues early, does not conceal errors, takes ownership of outputs. • Comfortable working with large datasets and managing repeated reporting cycles. • Experience with Power BI or Tableau at a dashboard-building or maintenance level preferred. • Basic SQL knowledge — select, filter, and join concepts preferred. • Experience working in project-based environments such as construction, engineering, or professional services. • Exposure to document management or commissioning environments. • Experience working in or with offshore or distributed team structures.
