• Leading visual execution of high-performing UA assets across video, statics, and ASO • Briefing and directing Motion Designers and Designers with clear, structured feedback across fast-moving production pipelines • Auditing client-provided assets to ensure they meet technical specs and identify how they can be used effectively in creative development • Bringing AI tools naturally into your process, whether for ideation, production, or workflow.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience creating high-performing mobile marketing assets with strong visual and conceptual thinking • Able to manage multiple workstreams at pace while maintaining quality • Comfortable in client-facing situations and confident representing creative decisions • Familiar with AI generation tools and how they're evolving.
