📋 Description

• Create campaigns in Meta Ads Manager • Enter and edit Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads in Meta Business Manager • Set up clients in BVS and create connections so that applicants can be forwarded to clients • Manage recruiting campaigns according to the existing system, working closely with the Project Manager • Design campaigns in Canva as holiday cover • Create suitable copy for new campaigns • Turn templates into engaging ads and graphics • Communicate progress regularly in internal online meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on, in-depth experience creating and editing ads in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) • Experience with Meta Business Manager and Meta Ads Manager • Enjoy setting up, editing, and reviewing ads • Careful, precise, and reliable working style • Willingness to work according to clear templates, systems, and processes • An eye for appealing design • Open to and interested in new ideas, software, and tools • Independent, thorough, and structured approach with sound practical judgment • Ability to prioritize short-notice tasks • Excellent self-organization without rigid working hours • Very good computer skills (Windows or Mac, MS Office) • Willingness to communicate progress regularly in internal online meetings • Based in Austria; digital nomads are not eligible • Experience in recruiting, HR, or project management is not required
