📋 Description

• Create campaigns in Meta using Meta Ads Manager • Enter and edit Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertisements in Meta Business Manager • Create clients in BVS and set up links so that applicants can be referred to clients • Manage recruiting campaigns according to the established system in close collaboration with the Project Manager • Design campaigns in Canva as holiday cover • Write copy for new campaigns • Turn templates into engaging advertisements and graphics • Regularly communicate progress in internal online meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Practical, in-depth experience creating and editing Meta ads in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) • Experience working with Meta, Facebook, and Instagram • Enjoy creating, editing, and monitoring ads • Careful, precise, and reliable working style • Ability to work according to clearly defined systems, templates, and processes • Openness to and interest in new ideas, programs, and tools • Independent, structured working style and sound practical judgment • Ability to prioritize tasks that arise at short notice • Strong self-organization and ability to manage your own time independently • Very good computer skills, including Windows or Mac and MS Office • Regular communication of work progress in internal online meetings • Availability for 25–30 hours per week • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or project management is not required
