📋 Description

• Contact pre-qualified companies by phone • Present the benefits of the service briefly and clearly • Schedule appointments for consultation calls • Conduct cold calls for Appatini’s digital marketing service • Regularly communicate progress during internal online meetings • Use prepared call scripts and customize them when necessary • Help restaurants, cafés, bars, and hotels attract more guests and orders, increase their average order value, and reach revenue targets faster

🎯 Requirements

• Strong and fluent telephone communication skills • Excellent command of German • Willingness to make at least 50 call attempts per day when working 4 hours, or 100 call attempts per day when working 8 hours • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent during customer acquisition • Independent, practical thinker who works accurately and reliably • Good computer skills (Windows or Mac, MS Office) • Regularly communicate progress during internal online meetings • Previous sales experience preferred; experience in telephone cold calling / pre-setting is ideal • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage but not required • No mandatory prior experience in software sales, services, the restaurant industry, or the software sector
