📋 Description

• Build internal automation systems using no-code tools like Coda, ClickUp, Zapier, and HubSpot. • Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using AI, no-code and low-code platforms. • Champion initiatives across teams to uncover inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities. • Explore and test new technologies to enhance team capabilities and system performance. • Manage data architecture, governance, and oversee data projects for organization-wide efficiency. • Plan and execute automation projects and campaigns, managing risk, impact, and delivery. • Act as a consultant guiding process optimization, automation adoption, and AI-driven strategies. • Keep teams informed with status updates, project progress, and post-project analysis for continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Determined and ambitious with a strong work ethic. • Strong people leadership skills and a passion for getting the most out of people. • Relentless desire to improve and ability to prove it. • Deep knowledge in no-code or low-code solutions (bonus: Coda.io, HubSpot, Zapier & APIs). • A track record of past process engineering, automation or development successes. • Bonus: Past experience as an Engineer, Data Analyst, Marketer, or Product Manager. • Ability to explore and test new technologies and AI-driven solutions. • Experience managing data architecture, governance, and overseeing data projects. • Experience planning and executing automation projects, managing risk and impact. • Consulting skills to guide process optimization, automation adoption, and AI-driven strategies. • Comfortable working remotely and providing documentation and portfolio links when requested.
