📋 Description
• Support senior architects in designing and delivering business solutions within the NetSuite ecosystem • Participate in requirement-gathering sessions to understand client processes and technical needs • Assist with solution blueprints, workflows, data maps, and integration outlines • Learn and support NetSuite configuration, basic customization, and data preparation • Contribute to testing, validation, and UAT coordination • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, product, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle • Help document technical specs, process flows, and best practices • Support go-live and post-implementation activities with guidance • Actively engage in learning ERP, AI-driven solution enhancements, and Appficiency R&D frameworks • Research new tools and techniques that can enhance solution delivery • Assist in creating internal documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any related field • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience as a Software Developer, Application Developer, or similar technical role • Strong passion for Research & Development (R&D) and a keen interest in AI, ERP systems, and emerging technologies • Foundational programming knowledge (e.g., PHP, Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar) • Interest in learning ERP concepts, business process design, and solution architecture (NetSuite experience not required) • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new systems and frameworks • Amenable to working on EST hours (night shift) to support clients and global teams
