📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, challenges, and objectives • Design, configure, and implement Certinia (FinancialForce) solutions that align with client needs • Analyze and document existing business processes to identify areas for improvement • Lead workshops to gather requirements and provide strategic recommendations for system enhancements • Configure and customize Certinia applications, including PSA (Professional Services Automation), ERP, or Financial Management modules • Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables • Perform data migrations, integrations, and system testing to ensure seamless functionality • Train end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation • Stay updated on Certinia product updates and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) or similar PSA systems • Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, professional services, and operations • Proven expertise in configuring Certinia PSA module required, Accounting, or ERP modules are a plus • Experience integrating Certinia with Salesforce and third-party applications • Proficiency in data migration and transformation • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Salesforce certifications and/or Certinia certifications (e.g., FinancialForce Certified Professional) are a plus.
