• Take complete ownership of marketing results: traffic, conversions, ROI • Launch and scale advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) • Optimize budgets, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other key metrics • Test hypotheses, analyze results, and adapt approaches quickly • Build the creative process: from briefing to launch • Work with analytics, build attribution, and track funnels • Experiment with new channels: SEO, email, content, partnerships, influencers • Report on results and share insights with the team
• 3+ years Meta Ads experience (Facebook/Instagram) • Performance marketing understanding: metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CR), funnels, attribution • Upper Intermediate English or higher • Independence & accountability: you don't wait for tasks — you set goals and achieve them • Strategic thinking: you can build a marketing strategy, in addition to running ads • Creative approach: you understand what works in communication, and can brief creatives • Analytical skills: comfortable working with data, Tableau, spreadsheets, and Amplitude • Proactivity: you see problems and solve them before anyone asks • Experience building marketing from zero (0→1) will be an advantage • Knowledge of other channels: Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, content marketing, and email will be an advantage • Experience in startups or fast-growing products will be an advantage • Understanding of product marketing and working with product teams will be an advantage
