• 3–5+ years of experience in product management within B2C digital products — ideally communication, dating, or social platforms • Familiarity with global markets (US, UK, Canada, Europe, LATAM) and cultural nuances in user behavior • A proven track record of moving metrics — you’ve owned and improved KPIs like retention, ARPPU, or conversion • Strong data literacy — you make decisions based on insights, not opinions (SQL, Tableau, or similar) • Excellent prioritization and execution skills — you can turn chaos into clear roadmaps and deliver results fast • Experience in experimentation and A/B testing — you know how to design, run, and interpret experiments • A growth mindset — you learn fast, challenge assumptions, and care deeply about both product and people • Knowledge of user acquisition and paid marketing funnels
