📋 Description

• Define and maintain the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. • Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, ROI, and organizational impact. • Own and manage the AI product backlog throughout the product lifecycle. • Translate business requirements into user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria. • Lead AI product discovery sessions with business stakeholders. • Drive the evolution of AI knowledge bases, Semantic Search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Enterprise Intelligence capabilities. • Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Executive Leadership to successfully deliver AI-powered products. • Drive stakeholder engagement, product adoption, organizational alignment, and change management initiatives. • Define, monitor, and optimize product KPIs, business outcomes, and value realization metrics. • Ensure Responsible AI, governance, compliance, and best practices are incorporated throughout the product lifecycle. • Continuously improve AI products through customer feedback, experimentation, and iterative delivery. • Communicate AI capabilities, risks, limitations, and opportunities to both technical and business audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience. • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner. • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software products and product roadmaps. • Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and managing product backlogs. • Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals. • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering. • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Semantic Search, and Enterprise Knowledge Bases. • Experience defining KPIs, measuring product performance, and driving user adoption. • Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria. • Experience leading Agile product delivery with cross-functional teams. • Understanding of Data Governance, Analytics, Responsible AI, and AI governance principles. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. • Advanced English proficiency.
