📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks. • Automate API, mobile, and end-to-end testing scenarios. • Build and maintain mobile automation suites using established frameworks and best practices. • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery. • Analyze automation results, identify risks, and communicate findings to stakeholders. • Drive quality initiatives across the project and promote automation excellence. • Establish QA automation best practices and continuous improvement processes. • Mentor and support team members through technical guidance and knowledge sharing. • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to ensure software quality. • Act as a technical leader and trusted advisor for QA Automation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience. • 5+ years of experience in QA Automation. • Strong experience automating APIs using Playwright. • Strong experience automating mobile applications using WebDriverIO. • Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills. • Experience testing REST APIs, authentication flows, and token management. • Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. • Experience using Git and modern software development practices. • Experience leading QA automation initiatives and promoting automation best practices. • Experience with mobile banking applications is highly preferred. • Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills. • Nice-to-Have: Experience with k6 performance testing. • Banking certifications. • Mobile testing certifications.
