📋 Description

• 與客戶網路營運部門協作,負責部署、維護、管理及日常營運工作 • 診斷並排除 AppLogic Network 設備或系統異常 • 提出系統設定變更建議並協助執行 • 為 AppLogic Network 所有設備與解決方案進行軟體維護與更新 • 主動監控系統健康度、KPI、日誌及警示,於異常發生時即時處理 • 遵守客戶變更管理與維護時段(maintenance window)作業流程 • 使用分析工具(如流量分析器、模擬器、流量檢測器、MRTG、PRTG、SNMP 輪詢、系統紀錄等)進行流量監控與問題排除 • 主導跨部門分析與技術討論,以預防問題重現 • 依需求提交與升級案件至二線(L2)支援團隊 • 負責案件管理與追蹤,確保問題妥善解決並提升客戶滿意度 • 提供顧問式支援與指導資淺同仁 • 積極參與品質審查及團隊持續改進

🎯 Requirements

• 資訊科學、工程或其他 STEM 相關學系學士學位 • 五年以上相關工作經驗 • 中文母語等級,具專業英文閱讀與書寫能力 • 精通 Unix/Linux 系統操作 • 熟悉虛擬化技術(如 VMware、KVM)、OpenStack 部署及自動化工具(如 Ansible) • 熟悉雲端架構(AWS、Google Cloud)、容器與編排概念(Kubernetes、Swarm),及相關工具(Docker、Jenkins) • 熟悉虛擬化概念,如 NUMA、SR-IOV、PCI 直通(PCI Passthrough)、Virtio • 深入理解 NFV(網路功能虛擬化)與 MANO/ONAP 架構 • 具備程式或腳本語言能力(Python、Perl 等) • 熟悉 Web 技術(JavaScript、HTML5、HTTP、Angular) • 具備現代 Web 應用開發經驗(Ajax、REST API 佳) • 熟悉資料建模與資料庫管理(Vertica、SQL/PostgreSQL) • 具備在電信、ISP 或有線網路環境中操作 SQL 資料庫及監控網路流量經驗 • 具備良好溝通能力與跨部門協作經驗
