📋 Description
• Produce email templates and push notifications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for a wide variety of clients. • Collaborate with our team of highly skilled email developers and customer success managers to resolve potential issues in email deployments. • Participate in email stand-ups to prioritize workload and ensure timely completion of all tasks. • Work closely with the client team to field requests, answer questions, and collaborate on work-in-progress tasks. • Ensure that emails comply with clients' standards, email marketing best practices, and CAN-Spam laws. • Test email messages to ensure proper formats and templates are utilized using tools such as Litmus and Email on Acid.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of email production and development experience. • Mastery of HTML and CSS specific to email. • Proficiency with JSON. • Knows what an API is, how it works, and is proficient in making GET and POST calls. • Understand how a data feed works. • Has an understanding of email code structure and knows how to make code responsive for different devices. • Has strong email etiquette and can communicate with testing, QC, and updates directly with clients. • Can take feedback, clarify it and make adjustments, several times if needed.
