📋 Description

• Set up and optimize ad networks in MAX mediation to increase eCPM and overall ad revenue. • Analyze eCPM, ARPDAU, Fill Rate, Show Rate, and identify growth opportunities. • Run A/B tests for ad placements and formats. • Analyze user behavior and generate growth hypotheses. • Manage communication with ad partners: tests, optimizations, integration of new tools. • Ensure process transparency: document algorithms, approaches, and optimization results.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in ad monetization for mobile products — working with mediation platforms (preferably AppLovin MAX). • Deep understanding of core ad metrics: eCPM, Fill Rate, ARPDAU, IMPDAU, Show Rate, LTV, retention. • Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, generate hypotheses, and validate them through A/B testing. • Understanding of ad optimization methodologies: frequency caps, placements, geo strategies, format tests, eCPM decay, etc. • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI — any of them) and solid proficiency in Excel/Sheets (formulas, pivot tables). • Ability to independently manage projects, document processes, and propose data-driven solutions. • English proficiency sufficient for communication with ad networks, reading documentation, and written communication.
