Apprentify is a UK-based training and apprenticeship provider that builds AI, data, cyber and digital skills for individuals and employer teams. It delivers government-funded apprenticeship programmes and short courses (from two-day AI accelerators to multi-month Level 3–5 apprenticeships and leadership units), partners with organisations to design bespoke employer-aligned learning, and helps employers navigate funding and apprenticeship levy options. Apprentify is the founding member of the Apprentify Group and focuses on upskilling businesses to close AI and digital skills gaps across organisations.

📋 Description

• You'll be the connective tissue between our Coaches, Trainers and Management, keeping the operational wheels turning across multiple departments at once. • One minute you're scheduling virtual classroom sessions, the next you're registering learners for accreditations, the next you're jumping in to cover the Enablement team or supporting Customer Success with systems orientation. • You'll keep learner information accurate across our e-learning platforms, track attendance and engagement, and use RAG reporting to flag where learners need extra support. • You'll mark e-learning activities within SLA, answer learner queries and know when to escalate something to a Development Coach rather than trying to solve it yourself. • You'll also work closely with our Inclusion team to make sure learners who need extra support are identified early and actioned properly. • You'll build a working knowledge of apprenticeship funding, Awarding Organisation requirements and Skills Funding Agency processes as you go.
