📋 Description

• Create high-quality marketing visuals across channels (paid campaigns, web, email, social, events). • Ensure consistency with ApprovalMax brand guidelines. • Produce assets for product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement. • Design and update landing pages, visuals, and Figma components as part of ongoing web improvements. • Prepare clear, web-ready designs for development. • Work closely with the freelance HubSpot front-end developer to support page-building and implementation accuracy. • Coordinate frequently with the other Mid-Level designers to balance daily workloads and ensure smooth delivery. • Work collaboratively with Digital Marketing, Content, Events, and Product Marketing to support campaign asset needs. • Produce simple video edits (cutdowns, subtitles, light adjustments).

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Visual Designer, or Mid-Level Designer in SaaS environment. • Solid portfolio demonstrating marketing, web, and visual design work. • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva; basic video editing required. • Familiarity with task management systems (ClickUp experience is a plus). • Comfortable collaborating with developers; HubSpot experience is an advantage. • Ability to manage individual workloads, follow established processes, and deliver reliably in a fast-paced marketing team.
