• 3+ years of experience in the payments industry • Strong technical understanding of payment processing • Experience with chargeback management, KYC, fraud prevention • Ability to troubleshoot technical errors • Strong communication skills • Experience working with developers and engineering teams • Familiarity with merchant category codes (MCCs) and alternative payment methods.
