📋 Description

• Be the first point of contact for new business prospects to qualify leads and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings • Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and other social media channels to generate interest in our clients’ offerings • Personalize your outreach to companies to generate leads • Support senior sales team members on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts • Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting • Achieve monthly forecast commitments for both leading and lagging indicators of success: Metrics of success include: Maintain Call and Email Open Rate Baselines Maintain Call and Email Response Rate Baselines Maintain Call and Email Conversion Rate Baselines Resulting in achievement of a monthly “Meetings Set” target vs. monthly forecast Resulting in achievement of a monthly “Meetings Qualified” target over +80%

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ year of sales related experience in Saas/Technology or B2B companies. • Experience in HR/Recruiting industry is a huge advantage. • Experience using Sales enablement tools including Sales Data, Sales engagement and Sales CRM tools • Demonstrated experience in outbound email outreach, outbound cold calls or Social selling • A willingness to master sales technologies to support a data-driven sales system • Familiarity working within a dynamic, demanding tech sales organization • Excellent written and spoken English, with an ability to tailor messaging via written communication
