📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring adherence to care plans. • Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to evaluate health status. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. • Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes. • Document patient progress and maintain accurate health records. • Assist with daily living activities to enhance patient comfort and quality of life. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or community settings. • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. • Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach to care. • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
