• Develop, plan and monitor project schedules using Microsoft Project effectively • Apply effort management and resource optimization principles • Coordinate and supervise multiple resources in a matrix environment • Organize and lead project steering committees and project follow-up meetings • Ensure adherence to defined cost, schedule and scope constraints • Identify, assess and manage project-related risks • Provide regular monitoring of project progress and produce status reports • Apply project management principles in accordance with PMI methodology
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management • Experience implementing ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM-ITAM, CSM, Employee Service Foundation/HRSD, SecOps or AppEngine) • College diploma (DEC) in computer science, multimedia or a related discipline • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills • Team player with the ability to work in an Agile environment • ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
