📋 Description
• A real-time Voice & Video AI Agent that can talk to candidates over audio/video (WebRTC) • Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and RAG pipelines to drive contextual conversations • Develop interview scoring, persona emulation, and agent memory • Work on agentic orchestration for seamless dialog management and multi-agent collaboration • Optimize for low-latency, high-fidelity conversations
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) • Experience with WebRTC (e.g., Mediasoup, Janus, or LiveKit) • Hands-on with TTS, STT , and Voice AI tools (Coqui, Whisper, ElevenLabs, etc.) • Background in Agentic AI or multi-agent coordination frameworks • Strong coding skills in Python, Node.js, or Go • Built or contributed to AI-first products (e.g., agentic workflow tools, virtual assistants) • Deployed GPU-based models and understand model hosting/inference at scale • Startup grit and product-first mindset
