📋 Description

• Review, validate and design clinical tasks across clinical scenarios and formats • Design realistic clinical scenarios and instructions reflecting day-to-day specialty practice • Assess clinical outputs for accuracy and flag incorrect, outdated or potentially harmful content • Validate reference answers, including caveats, uncertainty and requests for further information • Design and evaluate grading criteria, including appropriate weighting of safety-critical items • Provide concise written rationales for disagreements and identify weaknesses targeted by evaluation items • Highlight edge cases and ambiguity to refine guidelines and improve consistency across reviewers • Work asynchronously on a dedicated platform within the physician’s specialty and scope of practice

🎯 Requirements

• Registered doctor based in the US, Europe or Asia-Pacific • Current or recent clinical practice in the stated specialty • Strong grounding in current guidelines, diagnostic reasoning and clinical documentation standards • Proven accuracy and consistency in clinical review or assessment work • Comfortable using structured review tools and digital platforms • Native or near-native written English • Right to work in the country of residence • No visa sponsorship requirement; must be authorized to work in the country physically located in • Must work as an independent contractor • Required application information includes medical registration number, specialty, physician seniority/grade and years of clinical experience
