📋 Description

• Contribute to the Professional Services team by providing excellent customer service and support • Execute on project implementations • Review, analyze, and evaluate customer business requirements and solution objectives • Engage AI in daily activities • Participates in ongoing implementation team decisions and internal projects • Writes detailed steps required to develop or modify applications • Lead implementation specific activities and conduct meetings with new and existing customers • Input issues and case data into customer facing and internal issue tracking applications • Work with other Professional Services team members to support customer needs • Communicate with internal Product Development team members for technical support needs

🎯 Requirements

• Both German and English speaking skill • B.A. or higher in a related field • AI familiarity • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software • Familiarity with PLM/PDM products • Experience in an agile software development environment using JIRA and documenting user stories • Strong analytical and technical background • Excellent problem solving, research and analysis, technical, and leadership skills • Ability to effectively and efficiently deal with multiple projects, conflicting timelines, and changing priorities • Must be highly organized and work well under pressure • Must be able to work independently, as well as, under supervision • Must be willing to accept responsibility and show good judgement, initiative, and resourcefulness • Must value working in a collaborative environment
