📋 Description

• Communicate directly with property owners interested in selling or leasing their properties. • Secure new property listings through cold calling, networking, referrals, and ongoing market research. • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with landlords and property owners. • Gather accurate and detailed property information, including location, price, property type, square footage, features, and availability status. • Evaluate properties and provide owners with accurate market insights to assist them in determining optimal pricing. • Draft and publish professional, compelling property advertisements on major real estate portals and our company platforms. • Ensure all property data, descriptions, photos, and key selling points are accurate and updated regularly. • Coordinate with photography, marketing, and sales teams to promote properties effectively. • Maintain periodic and ongoing communication with property owners regarding availability and price updates. • Accurately update and manage property and owner data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. • Monitor the performance of published ads and provide suggestions to improve lead generation. • Provide the sales team with ready, qualified, and updated property listings to help facilitate deals. • Meet daily and weekly targets related to call volume, new property listings secured, and meetings scheduled with owners.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in real estate • Strong knowledge of the real estate market (Experience in the UAE market is a significant advantage) • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and professional relationship-building skills. • Full proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written); proficiency in English is a strong advantage. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track multiple listings simultaneously.
