• Research and collect real estate project information from various online sources • Gather and update project details including location, developer information, unit types, pricing, payment plans, and amenities • Upload and organize project images, brochures, floor plans, and related documents • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's database and CRM system • Verify the accuracy and completeness of all collected information before submission • Update project information regularly based on the latest market developments • Organize digital files and ensure proper documentation of all project assets • Prepare reports and summaries as required by management
• 4-5 years of experience in data entry or related fields • Strong internet research and data collection skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Good written and verbal English communication skills
