📋 Description

• Elicit requirements and write precise user stories (with acceptance criteria and Gherkin scenarios) in Jira/Confluence. • Architect RESTful web APIs within an API-first framework, defining web service contracts using JSON Schema and OpenAPI/Swagger. • Design integrations between Moodle, bespoke PHP/Laravel environments, and third-party systems (SIS, financial gateways). • Model relational data structures and map complex system flows using BPMN and UML methodologies. • Validate APIs using Postman and collaborate with QA and Product Owners to facilitate acceptance testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid commercial experience as a Technical Analyst delivering software solutions for Agile teams. • Expert knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, authentication, and hands-on experience with Postman. • Strong SQL skills for complex data mapping and validating system integrity. • Deep understanding of Scrum/Kanban, backlog refinement, and resolving requirement ambiguity. • Proven ability to create clear system flows (BPMN/UML) and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Deep understanding of Moodle's database schema and Web Services APIs. • Familiarity with PHP and Laravel paradigms (MVC, Eloquent, routing). • Knowledge of EdTech interoperability standards (LTI, SCORM, xAPI). • Experience integrating tools like online proctoring or local payment gateways relevant to the Pakistani market.
