• Proven experience in sales operations and/or sales enablement. • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience creating and delivering training. • Experience with sales methodologies like solution selling, or challenger sale.
