📋 Description

• Design high-impact visual assets across all marketing channels, including website graphics, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital ads • Create engaging visuals and light video edits for LinkedIn and other social platforms (short-form video, animations, branded clips) • Develop compelling lead magnets such as eBooks, one-pagers, case studies, and presentations • Produce event-related assets, including booth signage, banners, sales collateral, and promotional materials • Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to translate messaging into strong visual storytelling • Ensure all creative work aligns with and evolves Hapi’s existing brand guidelines • Help scale and systematize design output to support ongoing campaign and pipeline growth

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, campaign assets, and brand consistency • Experience designing for web, social media (especially LinkedIn), and marketing campaigns • Understanding of conversion-focused design (landing pages, lead gen assets, etc.) • Basic video editing skills • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar • Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality • Ability to work within existing brand systems while also contributing ideas to evolve and enhance them • Familiarity with event marketing and trade show asset development • B2/C1 level of English required • Comfort working with a remote, distributed team
