📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to gather and document business and technical requirements for integrations. • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end system interfaces, ensuring alignment with UKG Pro architecture. • Create detailed integration specification and configuration documents tailored to each client’s unique environment. • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Coordinate go-live deployment activities, including scheduling, communications, and risk mitigation. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by fostering strong working relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with UKG Pro integrations, particularly in HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules; UKG integration certification strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of integration processes, tools, and methodologies • 1–3 years of experience in a Professional Services or consulting environment, ideally focused on HCM or HRIS projects. • Technical proficiency in database querying, web services, file transfers, and cloud technologies (e.g., SQL, XML, SFTP). • Professional certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP are considered a plus.
