📋 Description
• Lead financial strategy, operational analysis, and business decision support across the district • Partner closely with regional and unit leadership • Responsible for comprehensive financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis • Support internal and client-facing discussions • Review P&L performance, labor and cost trends, cash flow • Drive profitability through district-level financial planning, reporting, analysis, and operational support
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial experience • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred • Proven ability to lead financial strategies • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Willingness and ability to travel periodically for site visits
