📋 Description

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from CMMS, work order systems, BAS/BMS platforms, HVAC monitoring systems, and other operational databases. • Analyze maintenance, asset, energy, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools. • Support facilities and operations teams by providing actionable insights from operational data. • Monitor data quality and investigate reporting discrepancies. • Assist with forecasting maintenance workloads, equipment replacement planning, and resource utilization. • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for management and operational stakeholders. • Document reporting processes, data sources, and analytical methodologies. • Collaborate with technical teams to improve data collection and reporting accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. • Equivalent combination of education plus relevant facilities, maintenance, HVAC, building operations, technical services, or related experience. • 0-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, operations support, facilities management, HVAC, maintenance, or related fields. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis functions. • Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn database querying. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
