• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed annual revenue targets. • Identify, pursue, and close high-value contracts with health systems, independent practices, laboratories, and payers. • Build and expand C-suite and executive-level relationships across healthcare delivery, lab, and revenue cycle markets. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and customer success to ensure seamless implementation and measurable client ROI. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive forums. • Maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecast, and report results to senior leadership. • Recruit, coach, and mentor future sales team members as the organization scales.
• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in healthcare technology. • Proven ability to close multi-million-dollar contracts and consistently exceed quotas. • Deep executive-level relationships across healthcare sites of care, labs, and revenue cycle leaders. • Experience selling solutions that address clinical, operational, and financial challenges. • Background in precision medicine, oncology software, or lab services sales strongly preferred. • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. • Strong references and a history of building lasting, trust-based customer partnerships.
