📋 Description

• Establish and support structured agile processes aligned with business objectives • Facilitate team meetings and events to drive progress toward business goals • Drive team progress toward project goals • Lead continuous improvement efforts while balancing efficiency with business impact • Set up and monitor key project and team metrics focused on measurable outcomes • Provide transparency on project status to stakeholders • Identify and address impediments promptly • Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a business-driven backlog • Protect the team from uncontrolled scope creep while ensuring business value is delivered • Foster collaboration between the Product Owner and the team • Mentor the team on workflow optimization and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar • Strong business orientation and ability to balance team needs with company goals • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills • High attention to detail and ability to enforce quality standards • Ability to complete projects on time using a structured and diligent approach • Strong adaptability and ability to switch between contexts quickly • Fluency in Russian • Upper Intermediate or higher level of English • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
