📋 Description

• Manage multiple projects according to the statement of work • Perform day-to-day project management to ensure deliverables are achieved within time, cost, and quality constraints • Lead project communication, gate reviews, risk management, and open issue activities • Provide project metrics to internal and external stakeholders • Prepare project status reports and communicate project status, issues, and escalations to the team, management, clients, and others • Lead meetings with project teams and client personnel, including client executives, at business and technical levels • Drive groups toward consensus • Supervise and manage onsite or offshore project teams • Organize project teams and ensure adequate resourcing, skills, competencies, and capacity • Identify and manage change requests, document changes, and obtain customer approval • Analyze and manage project risks and create reports to inform stakeholders • Manage budgets according to the project pricing model and manage project purchase orders according to internal procedures • Establish and maintain internal and external activity planning, accounting for factors affecting activities and milestones • Control project time management by managing employee hours or deliverables in the delivery system and ensuring alignment with customer contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to work and successfully interact with client executives and management staff members • Proven strong project management skills with accountability for end-to-end delivery • Strong rapport and relationship building skills with internal individuals and external customers • Effective communication in difficult customer situations • Excellent written communication skills for creating Statements of Work, specifications, project plans, and other project documentation • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Thorough understanding of large-scale enterprise application deployment methodologies • Experience leading teams in an Agile / Scrum environment • Deployment experience with enterprise software implementations in a Project Manager role, preferably within PLM • Strong planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities • Ability to create work breakdown structures, assist in estimation, validate estimate confidence, and develop a schedule • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Ability to work with Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Professional Services teams • Ability to identify active project risks, monitor risk triggers, and execute contingency plans • Fluent in English and Swedish • Swedish citizenship is required • Willingness to travel • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team spirit
