📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end delivery of projects - keeping schedules realistic, teams aligned, and customers informed. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. • Define project scope, manage risks, and keep a close eye on the budget. • Coordinate across internal teams including Product, Engineering, Hardware, Installation, and Procurement. • Lead project meetings, maintain documentation, and report progress clearly. • Negotiate change requests and push back on unrealistic deadlines or scope creep. • Support the pre-sales process with scheduling input based on resource availability.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in IT project management, ideally in a tech product or systems integration environment. • Strong communication and negotiation skills - you're comfortable managing expectations at all levels. • A structured, hands-on approach to planning and problem-solving. • Good command of English, both written and spoken. • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence. • Familiarity with hardware/software solution delivery is a plus.
