📋 Description

• Lead strategic discussions with existing and prospective clients to define complex technical requirements and long-term goals. • Develop and present innovative, visionary solutions that align with client objectives. • Act as a technical thought leader within the organization and industry. • Engage directly with clients to understand and solve technical and business challenges, leveraging Argano’s broad array of solutions and services. • Collaborate with executive leadership and sales team to shape the company's technical sales direction. • Contribute to the development of company-wide strategies for product and service enhancements. • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. • Act as a liaison between product development teams and clients to drive innovation and product roadmap development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, Business, etc. expected. • Master’s degree or PhD in computer science or software engineering expected. • 10+ years of total experience in a pre-sales, solutions architect, technical solutions, or technical sales role. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations (Sales cloud, Service cloud, Revenue cloud, or SPM) or solution architecture. • Experience working in senior technical roles such as enterprise architect, solution architect, solution lead. • Deep Enterprise Platform knowledge and experience. • Experience working directly with large-scale enterprise clients and/or supporting sales, and success teams. • Deep experience supporting Salesforce sales pursuits including running scoping discussions with prospects and clients, designing solution concepts, creating effort estimates, and creating and delivering proposal presentations. • Designing and driving customer proof of concepts, prototypes, and product demonstrations. • Demonstrated success working directly with senior stakeholders at enterprise customers. • Ability to convey complex technical solutions to executive audiences. • Proven track record of technically leading commercially successful software products. • Experience working in projects that delivered the full lifecycle of analysis, design, software development, architecture, integration, testing and deployments.
