📋 Description

• Lead discovery, problem definition and delivery of a functional area within a homebuilder product. • Focus on configuration, integration and support of Oracle Cloud SCP and Procurement applications. • Participate in entire product lifecycle from planning and development to validation and support. • Work closely with engineering, UX, and other product owners to define product vision and prioritize features. • Identify and validate AI use cases that deliver measurable business value. • Define and own product roadmap for the functional area. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into user stories and features. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients and prioritize the product backlog. • Ensure timely delivery of product increments with agile development teams. • Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle Cloud advancements and plan for ongoing support and maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. • Certification in Oracle Cloud SCP & Procurement. • Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials or PPM a plus. • Background or experience working with or consulting homebuilder organizations or construction financials. • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software product development (3+ years). • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills. • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications and PaaS Tools (Apex, VBCS, ATP) a plus. • Understanding of Agile and SAFE methodology frameworks.
