⢠Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. ⢠MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree expected. ⢠15+ years of experience in project management ⢠Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, cross-functional programs. ⢠Experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering a program of multiple complex projects on time and within budget. ⢠Project management software knowledge such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc. ⢠Manage projects in different industries and tech platforms. ⢠Experience in optimizing resource utilization and cost-effectiveness. ⢠Proven experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement. ⢠Previous experience in IT industries and with ERP and/or CRM technology platforms. ⢠Preferred Qualifications ⢠Experience delivering in environments involving D365, SAP, or enterprise data platforms ⢠Background managing multi-SOW or phased transformation programs ⢠Familiarity with enterprise governance models and PMO frameworks ⢠PMP or equivalent certification
